Sorry to hear this, I've asked the HR department to look into this. Thanks for bringing it up

so i just got another email from HR and sorry if i sound pissed but i am.they are saying if my forms didnt get there by the 16th then they may not have been processed it. ok fair enough. but what pisses me off is that i might have to pay a second time at the door. that will be a total of 325.00 bucks. if they never do find my form that will mean i wont be able to get the 150 back. i put it on a money order. so i think that if they make me pay again at the door then this will be the last time i attend animethon. its to bad because i have been going since animethon 6th and this is the first year they have "lost" my forms. this is the worst year i have ever had with animethon. im sorry if i sound like a baby but come on people get it together.

I would like to stress that I know you are upset and I understand this, but if for any reason it did get lost in the mail, how it that our fault? Granted I'll talk to HR about this tommorrow and see what we can do for you if it came late or something, but again blaiming us for something that may be beyond our control will not solve anything..

i have already talked to canada post and they say that it was given to ASAPA. so it did make it to your mail box. im not trying to blame anyone. i just think that your registration system is in need of an upgrade. maybe next year you should try to have a online application like many other conventions i have gone too. i have never had problems like this with them. its not hard to set up. A visa account and a automatic reply email is all you would need.

I still haven't recieved it the confirmation yet. D: Animethon is a week away. And I might have to pay an extra $120 for my friends too. I seriously don't want that to happen. I do NOT want to pay $150 for passes. NO WAY. Also, Registrar is not helping. It has been over three weeks now since my first email, and they STILL haven't replyed. I agree with deathfriend. An online application form would be better. Sorry, I'm really stressed and panicking now.
EDIT- I checked my Email again. And this is what they said.
Due to the problems with the forms, they were delayed getting into the system. You should be recieving the conformations shortly.
I hope I can trust this. I'm still pretty stressed.

If they took your money, they have to let you in. You could always bring the bank statement.
