Darker Than Black (definitely amazing), Strawberry Panic!, Gilgamesh, Wolf's Rain, Claymore, Kannazuki no Miko, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (a favorite), Angel Beats!, Metal Fight Beyblade (please not Metal Fusion... Worst dub ever).
That's just off the top of my head.

I'd love to see some J-Rock stuff as well. That's always a good idea in my opinion x3
